Fully automatic cap press-on machine – with automatic sorting of caps and output of 4500 uph.
PMW CapMaster P1 is a fully automatic press capping machine. The included PMW CapSort, mounted on the side, automatically sort loose caps and gently place them into a cap track, ensuring the caps are positioned correctly before application. Cap track and conveyor lead caps and containers to a specially designed mill of stacked 12-pocket index wheels, holding the caps in place above the containers, to be turned over to the piston that press on the caps.
As standard equipment PMW CapMaster P1 comes incl. integrated PMW CapSort and is usually bought together with an accompanying PMW PacLine conveyor. Alternatively, PMW CapMaster P1 can be delivered without these, and instead be adapted and integrated with already existing systems for sorting or conveying.
