The PMW CapLift – made to ensure continual production
The PMW Caplift is the first step of the line, for both the CapLine System and CapAir Track System.
Unsorted caps are manually poured into a buffer attached to the PMW CapLift from where the conveyor, inside the cap elevator, picks up the caps to place them on the PMW CapLine cap conveyor or directly into the PMW CapSorter, depending on the size and layout of the system.
- Made in stainless steel. The buffer is made of glasfibre, and treated with an FDA-approved gel coating. Cleaning friendly materials and design.
- Can transport over 30.000 caps/hour, depending on cap type and size.
- Comes in two sizes:
- 140 mm wide conveyor belt and 160 L vol. buffer.
- 240 mm wide conveyor belt and 310 L vol. buffer.
- Equipped with a sensor, monitoring the level of caps inside the buffer. When a certain threshold is met, an orange flash lights up to signal it is time to refill the buffer with caps.
- PMW CapLift is covered on the sides and on top with clear PC thermoplast.
- 0.37 kW AC motor.
