Fully automatic screw capping machine – with automatic sorting of caps
PMW CapMatic is a fully automatic screw capping machine, that gently align caps and through curve guided mechanical movements, screw them onto containers.
With mechanical components and a stainless steel construction, PMW CapMatic is extraordinarily sturdy, reliable and easy to both clean and maintain.
An auger transport system, placed at the inlet of the machine, ensures containers are lead to the capping head in a controlled manner and separated with uniform space in between, adjusted to fit the mechanical movements of the cap transfer arm and capping head. For further queue control, photocells are placed at the inlet and outlet side of the machine.
As standard equipment, PMW CapMatic comes delivered with PMW CapSorter, which gently sort loose caps and automatically place them inside a rail that feeds to the capping mechanism. Can contain 3 – 5 litres of caps at a time, depending on the dimensions of the cap.
PMW CapMatic can be delivered together with a PMW conveying system, or can be adapted and integrated with already existing conveying systems.
