Automatic screw/press-on capping machine

PMW CapMaster 4.0 is a fully automatic capping machine, that carefully orientate the caps into their proper position, before either screwing or pressing them onto containers. The machine is designed to be able to perform its functions on caps and containers of different types, sizes and layouts, including snap-on caps. This high degree of versatility is thanks to its  modular construction and recipe controlled Servo-functions.

  • PMW CapSorter, that automatically and delicately orientate the caps. Magasin for 3-5 ltr. caps, depending on the type and shape of the cap.
  • Pick ‘n’ Place system for cap transfer.
  • Capping head with movable jaws, adjustable speed and torque control (can be specially adapted to fit particular caps).
  • Electric height adjustment.
  • Recipe-controlled Servo-functions, for making adjustments and accomodating shifts in packaging.
