PMW Engineering publishes its first ESG report together with Jesma Technology Group

ESG report PMW Engineering

PMW Engineering, in collaboration with Jesma Technology Group, has published the Group’s first ESG report. The report covers all Danish entities, including PMW Engineering in Vejle, and marks an important step toward greater transparency and accountability.

The report provides a clear picture of where the Group stands today and, more importantly, where it is heading in the future. By collecting and structuring data on environmental, social, and governance factors, the purpose is both to document current results and to set a clear direction for the years ahead.

Highlights from the report include:

  • Installation of solar panels at headquarters to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

  • all waste in 2024/2025 sent for reuse or recycling

  • Zero workplace accidents or fatalities recorded during the past year.

  • A strong focus on inclusion and long-term employment, with 96% of employees covered by a collective agreement.

At the same time, the report points forward, outlining initiatives such as installing charging stations at headquarters, and gradually replacing appliances with more energy-efficient models.

With this first ESG report, Jesma Technology Group and PMW Engineering establish a foundation for continuous development. Our ESG is not seen as a final destination but as an ongoing process where responsibility and transparency create long-term value.
