The PMW RotoFill Quattro MA is a compact and flexible 4 valve pump filling machine that can fill liquid products with viscosities from water to liquid creams, with or without particles. The machine is equipped with 4 positive displacement pumps mounted on independent platforms, each with their own motor. Each pump can be equipped with 1-2 filling valves. The machine is operated via a touch screen HMI-display with the option to save up to 20 recipes, including options for selecting dosage volumes and filling speeds during production. Built for reliability, the PMW RotoFill Quattro MA is easy to clean, maintain or even upgrade at a later date, should the need arise.
Design
- Machine constructed in stainless steel.
- Integrated safety cabinet with doors.
- Stainless machine frame built from square metal tubes.
- Metal parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel type AISI 316.
- Separate cabinet for electronic and pneumatic components.
- Each of the machine’s 4 gear pumps can be equipped with 2 filling valves instead of 1, for a possible of 8 fillingvalves per machine.

- 4 pcs. Ø20 mm valves for top filling, with closing system to avoid dripping (can be configured for bottom filling, and / or with additional valves).

Operation
- Operated through HMI panel with touch screen display on the front of the machine.
- Fully programmable recipes for adaptable operation. Use the touch screen display to program and store up to 20 recipes.
- Equipped with photo sensor for mitigating queue buildup on production line.
- Plastic feet with adjustable height.
Options
- Extra filling valves – Option of additional filling valves for added capacity (choose anywhere between 4 and 8 valves total).
- Choose filling valves diameter – Filling valves of a variety of different diametres on offer (contact us on possible configurations).
- System for bottom filling – To avoid the formation of foaming during filling of easily foaming liquids.
- Filling station with servo drive.
- 4-8 pcs. bottom filling valves with pneumatic closing system to help prevent dripping.
- Photo sensor controlled drip tray with adjustable height, that is automatically pushed under the valves between filling operations, for collection of product dripping from the surfaces of the valves.
- System for particle containing liquids – Stainless “lobe” pump for dosage filling of liquid products with particles.
- CIP-system – System for cleaning filling tubes and valves.
