Semi-automatic cap tightening machine.
PMW RotoCap SA is a semi-automatic screw capping machine that consists of an arm with a pair of movable jaws, capable of gripping onto and tightening any type of screw cap.
Manually place the cap on the mouth of the container and bring it under the capping arm. A photocell detects when the container is in position for the jaws to move down and tighten the cap.
Highly versatile, not only in function and but also in application, the PMW RotoCap SA can be fitted on a conveyor, as the PMW RotoCap SA is equipped with a device that automatically halts containers and centres them under the jaws for cap tightening. Attach a rotating conveyor table at both ends of the conveying system for optimal performance and convenience for the operator.
