Hand operated cap screwing tool
PMW RotoCap M consists of an air powered torque screwdriver, suspended with wire rope from a steel frame.
Select the desired level of torque to be applied to the cap. The screw cap is manually placed on the mouth of the intended container. The suspended screwdriver is pulled down by the operator onto the cap, where it automatically begins tightening the cap upon contact. The capping head is pressed against the cap until the preselected level of application torque is reached.

- The screwdriver comes delivered with a detachable capping head, that can be ordered custom-made to fit a particular cap.

- Automatic tightening of caps with impact activated screwdriver.
- Whenever pressure is applied to the capping head, the air supply that powers the screwdriver is activated.
- Screw on and tighten caps with one simple downward hand motion.
- Automatic shutt-off with torque control.
- When the preselected amount of torque has been applied to the cap, the screwdriver automatically stops tightening the cap furhter.
PMW RotoCap M includes the following elements:
- Frame in stainless steel.
- Balance suspension: 0.8 – 1.5 kg.
- Pneumatic impact screwdriver with torque control, push-to-start and automatic shutt off.
